Trademark policy
The MailtronX name and the MailtronX logo identify this project and the software it publishes. The software licence grants no rights to either of them (additional term under section 7(e) of the AGPL).
You may
- Refer to MailtronX by name to say what you run, what you support, what you compared, or what your work is derived from ("runs on MailtronX", "a fork of MailtronX", "compatible with MailtronX").
- Redistribute unmodified releases obtained from this site with the name and logo as they are.
- Link to mailtronx.com and use the name in the title of articles, talks, reviews and documentation about the software.
You may not
- Present a modified version as MailtronX, or ship it under the MailtronX name or logo. A modified version needs its own name; it may state that it is derived from MailtronX.
- Use the name or logo in a way that implies the project endorses, maintains or is affiliated with your product, service, company or website.
- Alter the logo, combine it with other marks, or use it as part of another logo.
- Register or use domain names, social-media accounts or package names that present themselves as the project.
